What skin types are your products for?
Our skincare has been formulated for use on all skin types. To be 100% sure our product will work for you and your skin, we always recommend a patch test on a small area of skin. If there is any irritation, discontinue use of the product.

 

Does your product expire or how should I store it?
PURA products should be used within 12 months of opening the packaging. Try to keep the product away from direct sunlight and store at room temp.

 

Can I get samples?
Currently, we do not offer samples.

 

Do you test on animals?
All of our products are free from animal testing. And always will be.

 

Why no fragrance?
All of our products are free from synthetic and natural fragrance. While fragrance can smell great in skincare, it can actually be the cause of irritation on your skin. PURA aims to always have the cleanest, purest, most natural line of product to benefit your skin.

 

Are your products really natural?
Our products are always created with 70%+ natural ingredients.

 

Are your products vegan?
Yes. All our products are vegan.

 

What is your ethical promise?
We pride ourselves on ethically-sourced, cruelty-free, toxin-free ingredients and formulations. Our products are formulated for your skin’s overall health with only essential ingredients.

What is the cost of shipping?
Orders over $40 are free shipping. If your order is below $40, we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for standard shipping anywhere in the US. You can expect delivery in 3-7 business days.

In a rush? No problem! We also offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $25. You can expect delivery in 2 days.

 

When will my order ship?
Once you place an order, we process and ship it. Processing can take 1-2 business days. (Ordering after 12pm PST or the weekend will ship next business day). From there you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you’ll be able to follow your little yellow box’s journey to your doorstep.

What is your return / exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges but we offer a Money Back Guarantee as a CREDIT if the product was damaged or ineffective. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping charges.

 

How do I organize a return?

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
We go to extremes to make sure our products get to their new home safe and sound, but sometimes shipping can be tough on packages. Send us an email at info@purabeautycare.com and we can organize a replacement.

When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged once your order is placed and processed.

PURA is a team of skincare experts hailing from Florida and Italy. Our products originated in Korea where ancient beauty routines still permeates the culture and a way of life. We’ve since taken that tradition to the US skincare manufacturing to offer a totally qualitative product.
